By purchasing any of our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services, including digital products, custom work, and ongoing service provision, all payments made to TradeHub-Platform are strictly non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
We aim to operate transparently and fairly while protecting the time, resources, and expertise invested into each client engagement.
2. Setup Fees
All setup fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Setup fees cover:
- Onboarding and initial consultation
- Website setup and configuration
- System implementation
- Allocation of internal resources
Once work has commenced, the setup fee is considered fully earned.
3. Monthly Subscription Fees
All subscription payments are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused time
- Early cancellation
No partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Minimum Commitment & Early Termination
Certain services are provided under a minimum contract term (e.g. 3, 6, or 12 months), agreed at the point of purchase.
Clients may choose to cancel their services at any time; however:
- No refunds will be issued for any payments already made
- An early termination fee will apply where cancellation occurs before the end of the agreed term
The early termination fee is designed to reflect:
- Discounted pricing offered over the contract term
- Time, resources, and opportunity cost allocated to the client
Example:
If a client subscribes to a service with:
- £699 setup fee
- £499/month
- 6-month minimum term
…and cancels after 3 months:
- All payments made remain non-refundable
- An early termination fee (e.g. £299) may be charged
Upon cancellation:
- All services will cease
- Access to systems, websites, and deliverables may be removed or restricted
5.Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: support@tradehub-platform.co.uk
Where applicable:
- A minimum of 30 days’ notice may be required/li>
- Services will continue during the notice period
- No refunds will be issued
6. Custom Work and Deliverables
All custom work is non-refundable once commenced or delivered, including:
- Website builds
- SEO work
- Content creation
- Design work
- System setup
Time and resources allocated cannot be recovered.
7. Digital Products and Templates
Any personal data collected through cookies is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
8. No Guarantee of Results
We provide services based on experience and best practices. However, we do not guarantee specific results, including:
- Search engine rankings
- Number of leads or enquiries
- Business revenue or growth
Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.
9. Failure to Engage
Failure to use or engage with our services does not entitle the client to a refund.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing required information
- Responding to communications
- Participating in the service process
10. Non-Payment
If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend services immediately
- Restrict access to systems or deliverables
- Remove hosted content
Services will resume only once all outstanding balances have been settled.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a breach of this policy.
We reserve the right to:
- Dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence
- Suspend or terminate services
- Recover any outstanding amounts
12. Consumer Rights
Where a client qualifies as a consumer under UK law, they may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days.
However, by purchasing our services and requesting immediate commencement, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
- Work may begin immediately
- The right to cancel may be reduced or lost once services are performed
Any refund (where applicable) will be adjusted to reflect work already completed.
13. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous and reliable services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Interruptions may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- External factors beyond our control
14. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where a client:
- Engages in abusive or inappropriate behaviour
- Fails to cooperate or provide required information
- Breaches our terms or policies
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
15. Recurring Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed.
By subscribing, the client authorises ongoing automatic payments until cancellation is requested in accordance with this policy.
16. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Such decisions:
- Are made case-by-case
- Do not create precedent
17. Access and Ownership After Cancellation
Upon cancellation or termination of services:
- Access to TradeHub-Platform systems, tools, and services will be removed
- Any hosted websites, systems, or infrastructure provided as part of the service may be taken offline
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of systems, templates, and underlying infrastructure remains with TradeHub-Platform.
18. Outstanding Balances
Any outstanding amounts owed to TradeHub-Platform remain payable even after cancellation or termination of services.
We reserve the right to pursue recovery of unpaid fees through appropriate legal or collection processes.
19. No Waiver
Any failure or delay by TradeHub-Platform in enforcing any provision of this policy shall not be considered a waiver of our rights.
We reserve the right to enforce this policy at any time.
20. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.
Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect any active minimum contract term unless otherwise agreed.
21. Scope of Services
Services provided are limited to those agreed at the time of purchase.
Any additional work or requests outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
