TradeHub-Platform provides digital services including, but not limited to:

• Website creation and management
• Search engine optimisation (SEO)
• Business systems and templates
• Ongoing support and subscription-based services

All services are provided on a business-to-business basis unless otherwise agreed.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are acting in a business capacity or for business purposes

Clients may be required to provide accurate information during onboarding.

You agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information
• Keep your details up to date

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

4.2 Setup Fees

Setup fees are payable upfront and are non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4.3 Subscription Fees

Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise agreed).

By subscribing, you authorise automatic recurring payments.

4.4 Non-Payment

If payment is not received:.

• Services may be suspended immediately
• Access to systems and deliverables may be restricted
• Outstanding balances remain payable

Clients may request cancellation at any time; however:

• No refunds will be issued

AServices are limited to those agreed at the time of purchase.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Clients agree to:

• Provide required content and information in a timely manner
• Respond to communications
• Engage with the service process

Failure to do so may affect service delivery and outcomes.

All systems, templates, processes, and underlying infrastructure remain the property of TradeHub-Platform unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their own business content.

Upon termination:

• Access to systems may be revokeed
• Use of TradeHub-Platform assets must cease

We provide services based on experience and best practices.

However, we do not guarantee:

• Search engine rankings
• Leads or enquiries
• Revenue or business growth

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• TradeHub-Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months

We aim to provide reliable and continuous services; however:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation
• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or external factors

Our services may involve third-party providers (e.g. hosting, analytics).

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party performance
• Service interruptions caused by external providers

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices.

Clients must not:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes
• Engage in abusive or harmful behaviour
• Attempt to misuse or exploit our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services where:

• These Terms are breached
• Payments are not made
• The client behaves inappropriately

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, improve, or discontinue services
• Update features and offerings

Such changes will not affect active agreements without notice.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

The client is solely responsible for all content provided, including text, images, and media.

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licences to use such content.

TradeHub-Platform accepts no liability for any infringement or legal issues arising from client-provided content.

SEO and marketing services are influenced by factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions.

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic levels, or lead generation outcomes.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, third-party outages, natural events, or other unforeseen disruptions.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

WClients may not assign their rights without prior written consent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior discussions, agreements, or representations.
